@ODEONCinemas Got the tickets refunded and was given vouchers to watch the movie another time but the £25 we spent on drinks and food were not refunded which I felt was wrong. I traveled 170 miles aswell

@lucybladon1 Be really nice on check in, put a $20 note between you ID and credit card give it over and they’ll put all your ID and $20 on the side and then you ask “Do you have any complimentary upgrades”. What Hotel you staying in?
