@pathamadouche@XXxxDrewCxxXX@Math_files@grok Actually this case is one of the few good use cases for AI. It's a resource issue. It's only unsolvable because numbers are infinite. But at least AI can crunch numbers really fast.
@aran_mcmahon@nationalpost By trading with them? The USA also trades with China, so logic doesn't hold that statement to be true. We're not allying with them, or trading weapons or intel. In fact, Trump himself said when Carney reinstated trade that he would do the same thing.
@veritas_11@Benji89allard@PierrePoilievre I agree we should do all those things EXCEPT get rid of dairy and agriculture protections. Just imagine those protections were never in place and US corps dominate our food supply. You really want Trump or whoever comes into power using our food supply as a bargaining chip?
@CanadianKacey @Benji89allard@PierrePoilievre So you admit he's trying to control our domestic politics? And your advice is what? That we should appease him?
@C_A_Caledonius@eveluvsrainbows You say relying on other countries to prop up our trade is stupid but then have no problem following that up with '90% of cars made here go to the USA' as if it's a good thing. If you believe we shouldn't be overdependent on one country, than we need to divest from US trade.
@SoyaBean1999@houseandvirtue@Heccles94@jk_rowling The benefits of a medication should be weighed against the risk of not using them. You can't say because they're acceptable in one case, they're acceptable in all cases.
@buckleyplanet@elonmusk Yes, but that's not surprising. Britain had a strong central state. The US was designed specifically to prevent this central power from growing strong enough to exert its will on the states. That's why it took a war to stop slavery.
@LTreebud41438@RaviRRana@JDVance His right foot seems to be dragging sideways or moving weirdly either from a disability or the fact he's carrying the weapon concealed.
@WilliamsL1967@muttenchunks@mario4thenorth That just doesn't make sense. There are millions of people on the land. You can't just vacate them. The only feasible way to go about it is through payments. Which is still crazy because it's going to be huge amounts of money.
@archeohistories Since when is building on scientific advancement cultural appropriation? Culture appropriation, which is ridiculous, is using another culture as an accessory or costume. Is using phones, planes, lights and so on cultural appropriation if your country didn't develop it? Bah.
@hercules4181@ABC Yes but there are people out there who probably don't bother walking because 10k steps seems too out of reach. Knowing that only 4k steps is beneficial can make all the difference to getting them moving.
