@BristolAirport can you tell me the best way of raising a complaint please? After easy jet refused me access to the plane due to an expired passport (September 2022) we have been waiting over 3 hours to be escorted out of the airport! This is unacceptable

@Jessica63806347 @BristolAirport Their explanation was that my passport was issued with a validity of 10 yrs 6months. Since brexit @easyJet have decided that 10years is a maximum. So look at your issue date and calculate it from there! you are allowed 9yrs 9months max from issue date

@easyJet 4 hours at the airport waiting for one of your staff to let us out. Easy jet are by far the worst airline I have dealt with.

@BristolAirport After @easyJet refused to allow us on the plane due to my passport having 6months until it expires…🤷🏼‍♂️ it took 4 hours for someone from someone @easyJet to come and allow us and another couple out of the airport! Neither yourselves nor @easyJet provided satisfactory service here

@BristolAirport I have raised this with easy jet. This response is not acceptable. We have been on the phone waiting for 25minutes now and waiting here for over 3 hours.

@easyJet allowed me to enter my passport details more than 3 times between booking and checking in not to nice questioning the validity of my passport. Had they done, I could have arranged an emergency passport.

……after a number of calls to the customer services @IKEAUK eventually told my mum to contact the manufacturer as they couldn’t help. After months of this, I advised my mother to raise a formal complaint. 2 months later still no reply. This is extremely poor service !

Very disappointed with @IKEAUK my parents bought a kitchen a few years ago only to find when scrolling the website that a number of parts (dishwasher, hob) have been recalled for being dangerous! Not only that but they refused to do anything about it!
