@kiwicom247 I’ve already contacted them and they continue to pass blame unto @flyvolaris this is crime. You can’t change a flight by 2 days and not give a refund. Now there are no flights to Chicago from Guatemala with Volaris. Absolutely unacceptable

@kiwicom247 I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. After booking me a flight for my family of 6 the airline changes the flight by 2 days. Then when I cancel because of this change you can’t get me a refund and I get a flight voucher that is t good

@kiwicom247 What an absolutely terrible company. I will be reporting you to the better business bureau. After waiting 4 months for a monetary refund all you could provide me with was a flight voucher for an airline that now says there are no flights to my destination. #crime
