On a recent SEA-JFK flight @AlaskaAir damaged the baby stroller and ripped padded stroller bag. Airport baggage agent said they see it all the time because of heavy seafood shipments. Then @AlaskaAir proceeded to hide behind CoC to deny paying for damages they caused.

Meanwhile, I found that there are NUMEROUS stories on Reddit about Rakuten trying to wiggle out of the cashback on large orders, particularly from Lenovo.
