@IKEAUSA I can’t believe that as a customer who has spent $20k or more over the years is being treated so poorly. Maybe IKEA needs to take a customer service lesson from @Nordstrom. Not sure where they get the nerve to treat customers so poorly.

@WalperHotel sorry I did not feel the “Love” (badges your employees wear). You need to up your customer service game and honor what was promised by your employee in a written communication. Check out was not handled in a way to retain my business.
