I showed up 10 min early for my scheduled 7:15a appointment and no one has seen the driver in an hour.
This on top of the other issues trying to communicate with the service dept

It had gotten to the point that the Fairfield Dr @Whataburger location was the only one in Pensacola I could count on but not anymore. Looks like I'll be getting my burgers from a different fast food place from now on. I hear Culver's has good service and tasty burgers.
