@LNER I’ve spent more than an hour trying to upload PDFS and JPGS to claim my delay refund… none of them work and I keep getting an error message saying I can only upload PDFs, JPGs or PNGs. Live customer chat keeps getting disconnected…. Help?
@Kerryda@ABRSM Thanks for the response Kerry. There must be a bug with the website? Today there’s a new slot that’s been made available (32 mins), I only need 12 mins as my daughter is doing grade 1, and it still won’t allow me to book it.
