@Sonos my arc + 2x one sł + sub are horribly out of sync this morning. Can you tell me what happened during the night with my setup? Disabling surrounds and / or sub and re enabling doesn't fix this. Had to power cycle arc. 2038088275
@Sonos Have tweeted several times the issues with 14.6 update causing Sub and surrounds dropping out completely. A lot of users across the globe are affected. Have been facing the issue since 4 weeks now, please fix. Submitted around 30 diagnostics and no promised resolution
@stopde_official@Sonos Don’t upgrade to 14.6, you will experience audio drops. The subs and surrounds completely drop out. @Sonos has no fix for the problem

@Sonos Please make an official statement/timeline regarding the surround/sub dropout since your latest 14.6 release. 400 replies in your forum, and 100’s more on Reddit. For such an expensive ecosystem to not be functioning for weeks with zero communication is unacceptable!
