@O2 40 mins on the phone passed from pillar to post - to be told to log in and complete basket - that I cannot access as my o2 is new. Over phone told nothing further they can do except pass me back to original department. Why is it so hard to buy from you? What now?!

@skytv problems with accessing apps (etc). Over a week before someone could come out to sort and then two days later it’s happened again. This is ridiculous.

Did you know that coercive control is more predictive of a man killing his (ex)girlfriend/wife than physical violence is?

If you are trying to assess how much danger a woman is in, look at how *controlling* the man abusing her is.

More controlling = higher risk of femicide.

@TomHarrisonLaw Yes it’s been great. Only fly in the ointment is that old style divorces (save for DA stage) and now subject to something like 9 week delays. It seems the portal hasn’t coped with the changes as well as anticipated!
