The Cazneaux Tree late yesterday - and a raven - can you see it?
This tree was made famous by Harold Cazneaux who took a photo of it in 1937 that he titled 'The Spirit of Endurance'.
It is a river red gum and is estimated to be 500 years old.

The aquas of shallow (~10m?) waters fringing coral reefs somewhere south of Cairns, taken from a B737-800 at cruise height 29/8/26 1551AEST. The colours I believe due to water absorption of redder wavelengths against a bright background of carbonate sands. #GBR
