@OctopusEnergy@g__j nice of you to change my ev charger installation date on the actual date you are meant to be coming!! This really is unacceptable as I had to do prep work before hand and now will have to reverse this and redo it again! RUBBISH

I dont want this random date someone has decided to place for me, I was waiting on picking my own date until I had clarification first! (Which is currently up to 25 hours waiting on any sort of reply to)
Also someone from your ev charger team saying different work needs doing beforehand to what i agreed with your LCT community managers who spoke to the compliance team isnt a great look that your teams communicate either! Starting to think im better off going local electrician
@lee_ryder Hows it sloppy when we played the line perfectly and were robbed by dumbed down officials who are too used to var saving them so they cant even do the basics of what they are paid to do
@OctopusEnergy hi, I tried to email the ev charger email but had no reply, I want to know if what I need doing is feasible before going down the ordering process to actually have a survey done.. this is a stupid way around to do it, I want to know the total cost before I order
@thameswater love to know how your engineer thought there wasn't a leak when I reported it and closed the case.. certainly looks like one to me! Bunch of jokes
