@zadigvoltaire first time ive ordered from your site and i was sent the wrong item. Not only that it was poorly packaged. No invoice. Bag just thrown in the box and a dustbag on the side. Thank god the bag charm was packaged. Ive emailed about receiving the WRONG item

@UberINSupport I recently booked a trip and Rajesh was the driver assigned. First of all he did not come to the pick up location and did not bother to call. When I spotted him n enquired he said it's just 70 mtrs away. He was requested to wait at a phrmcy he completely ignored
