Update on the Green Isle Hotel.
I've contacted the two government TDs in the area, Emer Higgins and Shane Moynihan to ask them to secure a guarantee from the Minister for Justice that this hotel will not be converted into an IPAS centre.
They have not replied. Please email or call them both to ask them the same question.

The photo below may still be fabricated or AI-generated, but the core point, why was a Jordanian asylum seeker, granted permission to permanently remain in Ireland after he had travelled here via France and the UK, going on holiday to the country from which he sought asylum. While living in an IPAS centre in Killarney.

And the core question also stands, is this a joke.
