BREAKING: Iran is now allowed to immediately sell oil and fuel under the deal, with all banking, transportation and insurance sanctions waivers taking effect immediately upon Friday’s signing. This comes on top of the lifted naval blockade and full Iranian authority over the Strait of Hormuz, per WSJ.

An Iranian supertanker carrying crude oil already left Chabahar Tuesday and crossed the US blockade, sailing out of the Gulf of Oman with its location tracker active, the first such instance since the blockade began in April.

‼️🚨 BREAKING: Amazon researchers snitched to the US government about jailbreaking Fable 5 and Mythos 5, forcing Anthropic to immediately shut down worldwide access.

A security export control directive from Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick enforced the action.

Anthropic is fighting the directive and calls it a misunderstanding.

This isn't the first clash. The Trump administration had already tried to get Anthropic to pause the release of its latest models before this directive landed.

The observer reported seeing several birds flying over their farm about four weeks after the hurricane. #Update: I am confirming receipt of a preliminary report regarding the All-Island outage experienced on Friday June 5th, 2026.

Ministry's Summary Findings Thus Far Based on the Report:

The system behaviour strongly suggests a failure or delayed operation of the primary protection scheme at Hunts Bay and the Rockfort lines resulting in:

* Extended fault duration,
* Escalation of the disturbance, and
* Wider propagation of system instability

I must state categorically that the findings suggest a situation that is completely untenable and unacceptable. The reports suggest the same old findings as in previous instances regarding system failures. In 2026, with improved technologies and greater experience, we should not be exposed or be vulnerable to the challenges we experienced a in 2006, approximately 20 years ago.

I am meeting with my team at the ministry and will provide a more comprehensive report in a statement to the parliament later this week. I have also received reports of additional outages since the restoration on Saturday morning across the island. BREAKING: Iran's IRGC is now ready to execute "Operation True Promise 5" against Israel tonight, with Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei having authorized the full-scale resumption of war and Iran's Supreme National Security Council convening an emergency session, saying a "painful and decisive response" will come in response to Beirut strikes, per Iranian state TV.
