The single best-converting move in copy: describe their problem more precisely than they can.
If you say it better than they'd say it, they assume you have the answer. This is why long-form DR copy works.
People don't buy that it works, they buy the why it works.
"X helps you sleep" is a claim they've heard 200 times.
"Raises GABA, which is the thing your brain is short of at 3am" is an explanation, and explanations survive skepticism.
@lucamailz It's probably a 6/10 email... but the bigger problem is approaching email/SMS as a channel very passively. Just something that you "run in the background". For a billion dollar company, you'd probably need 4-5 people actively running the channel (w/o designers and copywriters)

rule i live by: your retainer should be under 1/10th of what you can realistically produce
if you can't clear that, you're a fixed cost they'll eventually cut
@oritheoracle1 looks bad because everything is on calendar and scheduled down to a minute. But i've seen worse CEO/CMO calendars that are sometimes triple-booked and just jump between calls 24/7
