If you're struggling in life, do this:
> final food 4 hours before sleep
> screens off 60 before bed
> read a book 10 min before sleep
> light in eyes when waking
> exercise daily
Do it for 7 days straight.
It works. I promise.
If you’re interested in day trading but don’t know where to start, I just uploaded a video breaking down 10 simple steps to get started.

If you want to succeed at trading, you MUST follow a process every time.
Here is the process I follow:
→ Trend direction
→ Pullback
→ Validation
→ Signal / Setup
→ Entry / Stop loss / Target
→ Trade management
Repeat for every trade.

This seemed to anger some people. If you’re new here: Hi I’m Nick. I do a live stream with my friends 6 days a week now. You should tune in. I make memes and press buttons based on orderflow. Hope this helps.
I have 77% win rate because of this simple and repeatable strategy.
I only trade $NQ
I trade inside the same window everyday (9:30 - 11:00am EST time)
I mark higher TF main key liquidity levels
Then I go to lower TF (1-5min) and wait for price to sweep key level
Once the level is swept I wait for price to form a FVG and enter long/short once that gap is inversed
Target is always either 1RR or 2RR
Repeat the same process over and over again...
Most traders spend a lot of time trying to reduce their losses.
But what if that isn’t the real problem?
In this video, Richard reviews the performance of a real trader and explores why improving results isn’t always about losing less.
Using actual trading data, he explains how small changes in trade management, selectivity, and execution can have a much bigger impact on performance than many traders realise.
If you’ve been working hard on risk management but feel like your results aren’t improving, this will give you a different perspective on what might actually be holding you back.

When the FOMC report was released today the first initial sell-off is a reaction from the retail short-term traders. The fade is the buy reversal by the pro's trapping the shorts making it back to the original entry after the release. This happens often after many other report releases. 🧐 https://t.co/Njj1KlDBNr

Most traders open the 5 minute chart and start hunting for entries.
I don't touch the 5M until the Daily, 4H, and 1H all agree.
Daily- Bias/draw/
4H/1H- Confirmation on that draw.
5M- just tells you where to pull the trigger.
When all three line up, it's a trade. When they don't, I sit on my hands.
That's the whole edge.
here's how a 30-minute candle can accurately predict the Daily Bias
mark out the 9:30 - 10:00 am candle
if it's bullish > 74% chance it's a green day
if it's bearish > 66% chance it's a red day

Perfect volume profile mean reversion trade during the NY session today.
Found no trades for London this morning. So NY it was. The setup was simple and something I always look for. Failed breaks out of value getting reclaimed.
As buyers got absorbed and price traded back beneath VAH's I entered short. The end result is a nice 1 trade profitable day.
