Filing a a rape case against a Man is easier than ordering a pizza. The girl is saying in the open court that she filed the rape case because someone whom she even do not know has asked her to do the same.
But the truth is that she filed a case, took money as settlement from the man and now shamelessly changing her statement. Judge will do no harm to the so called Peedita.

Calling #dowry a crime only when men are accused is selective #justice, not reform.

If dowry is truly illegal, #accountability must extend to those who willingly give it as well.

One-sided enforcement defeats the purpose of law and fuels #misuse instead of eradicating the social evil.

Police ignored mandatory safeguards under law and treated arrest as routine, not necessary.
