Hi @bookingcom -been on hold since midnight after one of your properties cancelled a booking for my parents -both in their late 70s- the night before they were due to travel. Apparently someone is sorting an alternative booking... We’d all like to get some sleep tonight. Pick up.

@bookingcom No thanks. Used another phone while on hold, spent 40 more mins trying to arrange alternative accommodation. Your‘customer care’ couldn’t find anything at a similar standard that didn’t cost €1200 more and offered us €60!! Very poor. We booked with @hotelsdotcomuk instead.

@Vitality_UK What is the point of your rewards system if none of them work? Can’t access Vue Cinema vouchers, so ended up paying £15 as I had promised my daughter a movie, now I am in queue and can’t access voucher for Cafe Nero - turns out none have loaded since Feb. 🤷🏻‍♀️

According to @Edinburgh_CC they are now up to date on delayed bin collections in EH6. Grey bins in Bonnyhaugh have been out for two weeks now. Residents have been reporting to no avail. Local foxes and seagulls are loving it. Local Council Tax payers not so much…
