@LycanFerret @budgerigar42 @PH0ENIXOXO 5'9 woman here. Used to work out like an animal plus walked 12k steps daily. Tracked diligently for a year. 2,500 calories a day was my goal and it still felt like far, far too much food. Sedentary tall women do NOT need 2,500 daily calories. That is insane.
