#HardeepSinghPuri #bpcl I had booked a gas cylinder on 12/03/2026, but it has still not been delivered. A complaint was also raised regarding the same, however it was closed without any resolution. This is highly unacceptable.

@VGuardOfficial @jagograhakjago Despite reporting the issue here, V-Guard social media and technical teams assured resolution by 14th feb, but no action taken till date. This shows deficiency in service and negligence. If not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum
