Anson tried to buy shares in TRCH and shares in MMTLP. I also believe they tried to buy shares in MMAT. @palikaras has more color on that. I flat turned them down when I was CEO of TRCH as I knew they were short. They offered NBH a pittance so they were turned down there too.
