We all know the #MMTLPFiasco is a complex story. Over the last few years, our community has gathered an incredible amount of information and put in countless hours trying to understand what happened and find resolution.

I started this project with a simple goal: create an easy-to-follow crash course explaining what happened, how it happened, and what we're doing about it using something most people can relate to—an oversold flight.

This doesn't cover every detail. It's meant to help newcomers understand the basics without being overwhelmed. If it raises more questions, that's where our amazing community can help.
