@Verizon Pro Tip: Don't be tempted to contact support. I wasted another hour trying to get @VerizonSupport to help, to no avail. Should have just waited until this morning when the website started working again. Support is an illusion, they are subject to the same broken backends as us.
@Verizon I've spent 3 days trying to update my autopay card on your site, which is broken. Yes, I've cleared my cookies. Half the time, it redirs to dashboard, the other half throws a JS error when saving new card. It shouldn't be this hard to give you my money.
@JetBlue You changed my itinerary schedule, removed my seats, and gave me an unnecessary 7hr layover. 40m clicking like molasses on your website, only to have "payment" fail - I owed $0. Took a phone agent another 45m to sort it out. And this is the Mosaic experience? Ugh.

@fathomevents @AMCTheatres I'm a movie buff. I love the theaters. But honestly, after this, I'm joining the "theaters are a dead business" camp. You failed at the only job that mattered.
Was so excited to see Carpenter's iconic THE THING in theaters for 40th anniversary. But @fathomevents apparently forgot to push the upload button. The whole showing was cancelled. WTF guys? What's the plan to make this right, and why would we ever trust a Fathom event again?
@fathomevents Furthermore, @AMCTheatres (who is going to point fingers at Fathom), you guys are a clown show. 1) You sold me tickets, it's your responsibility to get the movie there by showtime, 2) An $18 refund doesn't come close to rebuilding my trust. What a joke.
