Just come to a get together at Harry Lawson Court, the Astraline alarms are bleeping in multiple locations and @peaksplains emergency line just cuts you off or leaves you waiting for almost 1h absolutely disgraceful with vulnerable people living here

@peaksplains after a slight bit of rain we are back to having flooded carpets, it’s ok saying put buckets down but can you expect someone in their latter years to empty something this size when it gets full like this? Fix the issues or empty the buckets. Don’t ignore the elderly!
