Measured time between Stim and peak R-wave in leads V5 or V6.

•LVAT <80 indicates good LV synchrony
•LVAT <80 indicates LB capture during LB pacing
•Prolonged LVAT associated with increased mortality in HF patients

In CRT, where the goal is to improve ventricular synchrony, a short LVAT is crucial for optimal therapeutic benefit.
