Hmm, for the first time, I don't quite agree with you:
Because in my experience, everyone supports you when you fail.
BUT, who applauds you in the front row when you win? 🧐 Supporting you when you're suddenly winning and they're not... is something completely different.
Envy, jealousy, everything that surrounds you.
Not every agency is ready for technology (B2B Sales).
Their system is broken, but they don’t see it.
And you can’t fix what a founder refuses to acknowledge.
That’s why some partnerships simply can’t happen.
🤔5 things I WHISH I knew before starting my software and AI agency:
1. People don’t buy your tech, they buy the shortcut to their goals.
2. Go niche or go broke. Generalists get ghosted.
3. The cheapest clients will drain your soul (and your margins).
4. If you don’t build systems, you become the system.
5. Your agency can’t outgrow your mindset, your skills, or your discipline.
These lessons weren’t “TAUGHT”.
They were paid for, in time, stress, and mistakessss,
If you’re building an agency, SAVE THIS.
My SaaS just reached the first page of Google
Took me 2 years to build it with my co-founder and 3 engineers.
But here’s the dilemma…
I’m still considering selling it.
Would love to hear from other founders who’ve been here.
Dear entrepreneur:
Stop chasing bad clients.
If you need to convince someone of your value, you’ve already lost.
Good clients don’t need convincing,
they need clarity.
Bad ones need control.
Learn the difference.
It’ll save you years of stress.
