@monzo I'm absolutely shocked. I wake up to an email saying my account has been closed, I call them and I'm told "we can't tell you why".
This is my only bank account, that I've just been paid into.
"What am I supposed to do now?"
"We can't help you"

I booked this ticket a couple of weeks back for an important meeting - I now can’t make this due to the replacement bus services but it says I can’t cancel it.
Surely this isn’t my fault, why am I having to pay for a ticket I can’t use?
