@nwscug Are you @nwscug saying that if I was working upcountry I wouldn't be helped til I came to Kla? When your meters are faulty it affects the billing and your lazy meter readers keep quiet and only provide the wrong readings. You may ignore but you know you're incompetent

@nwscug @NWSCMD for an assessment and then brought back and the bill for that month went back to normal. The meter was eventually replaced last month. However, the reduction in my bills after the replacement confirms that the previous readings were being estimated.

@nwscug @NWSCMD from that faulty meter and the branch manager has the audacity to say that the faulty meter was recording accurate readings despite the evidence I provided showing that it was not functioning properly. Suprisingly, the same month I raised the issue, the same meter was picked up
