I’m currently on the SLT and have been teaching for 20 years, but my school outcomes have resulted in a terrible self doubt and imposter syndrome.

@Positivteacha @BoysDontTryPod First podcasts and totally loving them. Just ordered the book. The discussion on class really resonated. I left school in the mid 80s without a single GCSE/equivalent to my name. Got to university via access courses/BTECs and never felt I fitted in.
