Esto porque el decreto 224 del min. del interior (2022) define el cambio de hora a "las 24 horas del primer sábado". Loco, cuando llegas a 24 pasas al día siguiente. Nunca son las 24:00 del sábado. Eso fuerza a que cambie el domingo en el que cae si el mes parte un domingo🫠

El año pasado el cambio de hora fue técnicamente el primer domingo del mes, a las 00:00... este año será el *segundo* domingo del mes a las 00:00... Se viene una semana de caos en los calendarios gracias a los subnormales que escribieron el decreto que define el cambio de hora :D
