Commercial fishing operates with legacy tools largely unchanged for over a century. The U.S. seafood trade deficit is $18B and growing. While aerospace lands rockets and AI reshapes industries, fishermen are left behind.

Every fish has a store of energy and freshness the moment it leaves the water. If it struggles and suffers, that energy drains away. If it's harvested instantly, that energy is locked in.

Shinkei uses robotics built for wriggling fish, rough seas, and salt corrosion to increase the GDP of the sea.

Their mission is a world where fishermen thrive, supply chains are transparent, and American food systems restore national vitality.

Poseidon processes thousands of fish daily using ike jime, an artisanal Japanese technique. It reduces dangerous labor and increases fishermen's margins.
