tomorrow is Sept 28th.

on 26th Aug 2026, the Hon'ble Court had ordered @Uppolice to reinvestigate (for the THIRD time) and submit their report by 28th Sep 2026.

post the latest court order, Tekzilver has not been contacted by any police official till date. (why are we not surprised!)

Tekzilver is waiting for @Uppolice to file their report, which, if they do, will be the FOURTH chargesheet in this case after which Tekzilver will pursue further legal options as appropriate.

the role of @UPGovt so far has been equally disgraceful.

further, on 7th Sep 2026 Tekzilver has initiated the process under section 218 BNS and other relevant provisions of Indian law.

Zero tolerance for cyber crime.

People, you might want to read this.

The folks you see in the image below are real people who live in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and Indore, Madhya Pradesh, both in India.

This is a real-life cyber-crime story which has not yet been brought to its logical conclusion due to government apathy, criminal negligence by the bureaucrats, systemic failure by government organizations, corruption, incompetence and collusion with criminals by law-enforcement agencies (aka police).

India is a "tech giant" only in name. In real life, we are still in old stone age. Cops are clueless and criminals are smart and tech savvy and manipulate the cops with little or no effort.

Let's first name the crooks: from left to right:

🐗Sudhanshu Sharma, Director of Digiversal Consultants, Noida and now co-founder of tatvik ayurveda (@TatvikAyurveda). The "managing director", being his ex-employee & now, wife of course! This guy even changed his name to N. N. Sudhanshu when he got to know the police were hot on his trail.

🐗The dude in the middle goes by the name of "Brijendra Sial" and front-ends as "CEO" of "Bullten Web Hosting Solutions" and operates out of Indore, in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

🐗The dude in the far right is called "Budhesh Chopra", Director of Digiversal Consultants, Noida and NOW, "CEO" of "Simran Shri Shri International Online Tutoring Service" or just "sssi online tutoring services". Sudhanshu Sharma and Budhesh Chopra are business and crime partners!

So what's the story?

The story is that these two characters, Sudhanshu Sharma (a.k.a N.N. Sudhanshu) and Budhesh Chopra are partners, in business and now, in crime. These guys roped in Brijendra Sial from Indore, who is a self-styled cyber-criminal to hack and destroy websites belonging to their competition. After trying for many months, according to our log files, they actually managed to hack into our websites, deface our website, plant malware and basically do a ton of other shitty stuff etc.

Understandable, because that's what criminals do. But can you believe it, these guys also left backlinks to their own websites from our websites and tried to "hide" it with a simple "display:none" directive and thought we won't find it!!

Well, we did find their "hidden" backlinks and tracked the scoundrels in no time. That was back in Nov 2021. And though we did put in a complaint with the @Uppolice they're still "hatching" it for some reason. We'll come back to that another time.

What else did this dumb "hackers" do? Take a look:

✅ping search engines with spam urls. Hundreds of them.
✅ping search engines with parameterized urls
✅hotlinked all the images on our websites.
✅created backlinks to our websites from porn, drugs, and other low quality & spam websites.
✅their bots were running all the time: we published how many of those traffic we blocked.
✅they tried to ddos our websites
✅email spam and phishing attacks and more.

We now know the specifics of how they did whatever they did. These guys use VPS from prominent service providers-such as @digitalocean, @aws, @microsoft, @OVHcloud_CA and others, to run their attacks, and thought they couldn't be traced because of the foreign IP addresses-but we now know every single VPS/service these crooks use/operate from. And their vulnerabilities.

These attacks, collectively are known as "negative SEO" or just "NSEO" These are specifically meant to destroy and de-rank websites belonging to other people and other businesses.

And this is what these three guys do for a living. In fact, the bullten web hosting services I had mentioned earlier, is only a front-end for such criminal activities. The worst part is that customers of this Bullten Web Hosting Solutions may be oblivious to the fact that their servers or hosting space is being used/misused for criminal activities by the very owner/CEO of that company who's supposed to be providing them with hosting & other services!

Coming back to N. N. Sudhanshu and Budhesh Chopra-what can criminals possibly know about Ayurveda or education. But these guys continue to scam, sham and shame the society.

What about Tekzilver? That's us!

Well, we at Tekzilver identified the criminals within days after we identified the breach in our websites', back in November 2021. We informed the "cyber" cops in the state of Uttar Pradesh, in India. For now, we will stop with saying that these cops did NOT do their jobs. Just read that article we shared earlier and you'll get to know what they did.

Tekzilver has been a responsible and law abiding organization right from the start. We identified the crme, identified the criminals, got the evidence and reported the matter to the cops and its 2.5 years now since we've been waiting for the cops to do their jobs.

All this while, these criminals have been busy and have continued to attack our websites while the government and the cops watched.

We've deployed our defences and blocked their attacks and there's no way these crooks can succeed again.

We've not done a "payback" to these criminals so far though we've been tracking them from the time they attacked our websites. If we can catch them, we can take them down too, any time we want, if we want to and whenever we want to.

After all, you don't attack an IT company and expect to simply get away with it.

But we want them to face the law of the land and their criminal orginizations shut down, as per law so that low-life criminals like these do not go about attacking and destroying other peoples' businesses and efforts.

It's now time for the government and the police to act.
