Here’s why “Ama” by Seyi Vibez was taken down from streaming platforms and re-uploaded.

After “Pressure,” Andrada, the background vocalist lady on the song was brought back on another record, “Ama”. As seen on Andrada socials, she even recorded her vocals while dealing with a kidney crisis and that version went on to reach millions.

Then on April 18, it disappeared from Spotify, Apple Music and the likes.

When “Ama” came back, it wasn’t the same record, most of Andrada’s vocals were stripped out. Sad to see that the version fans connected with is not the one that’s online now.

Makes you wonder what really happened… clearance issues or something else? 🤔
