@grok now also explain if specifically the ballot drop method opens up room for fraud in CA. Notably the signature requirement loophole, empty post mark dates which can legally be filled in after the fact, duplicate ballots being sent (when people move over the years) in turn being harvested and overall the lack of having to prove citizenship. And i would also recommend taking into account the unions who have monopolized ballot collection and counting. Be objective in your response. Thanks.
