So upset with the service at @STATravel_UK this afternoons. We’ve been excited all week to get our trip to Whitsundays sorted and get some advice and we were shown 1 page in the booklet, told ‘just rock up, it’s the Australian way’ and left after about 3 minutes 😞#disappointment
