What is not acceptable is them not knowing they didn't have a crew until departure time, which is impossible, they knew. Their operations department is obviously a disastrous mess!

@nittiaj My formula: Equity ($) worth minimum 50% of a deal right off the bat, recourse debt another 25%. Remaining balance split between "sweat" partners according to ability to make things happen, network, and track record. The "sweat" typically worth very little, easy to hire hands.
