@TicketmasterCS hello I have booked an accessible ticket and forgot to add the companion ticket. It now won’t let me book the companion ticket by itself. it is not possible for the individual to go without a companion. Please can you help me to add the companion ticket? Thanks

@clionamccarney @easyJet @belfastairport Exact same thing happened to me at belfast! Although your bag is way smaller than mine, it still fit and their response was ridiculous. When I complained EasyJet said they’re unable to refund charges made on/boarding the flight??

Please can you explain how a bag that fit like this justifies a £48 charge with the staff saying it was ‘squished too much’. I have taken it on countless other flights before with no issues.
