In September, we presented our #StopTheCuts petition at the Scottish Parliament.
Joanna, a member of the National Dementia Carers Action Network @NDCAN_Scotland , shared how these cuts are devastating for families and carers across Scotland.
Cuts to social care and support services are pushing more carers to breaking point, and it’s why we’re calling for #FairDementiaCare for everyone affected💜
Every person with dementia deserves: ✔️ Access to quality, local support throughout every stage of their condition ✔️ A clear, national care pathway- not a postcode lottery ✔️ The same priority in the health system as people living with other major illnesses
Together, we can make #FairDementiaCare a reality. 👉 Read our manifesto: https://t.co/BlT1iIQgI6
