@katisalamon The receipt shows amounts in US dollars, since we only charge in USD. Also, Automatic Transcription ($6/hr) is an add on top of Self Transcription ($20/yr). So the receipt looks right.

@AdelChouadria @KatarsisEsp @LaraLunardi @_megito Okay, @wreallystudios Transcribe is what I use and they support a bunch of languages, including Spanish. You have to pay per minute of automatic transcription but program is really good. I use it for automatic and manual.

@KateFZA This unfortunately sounds like a case of browser history/cookies being cleared, which will also wipe out self-transcript data, since we only store it in the browser. If you didn’t clear history/cookies recently, could you email [email protected], will share more debugging steps
