@johnlewishelp Hi Matthew. My problem is the website doesn't accept my purchase date (3rd June) as being within the eligibility window. But the offer was advertised at the time I bought the laptop and I was prompted to add the John Lewis claim reminder to my diary. Is there an alternative?

I'm told this offer only applied to purchases made between 4th May and 1st June. The £100 was a big factor in which laptop I chose and where I bought it from. A corporate calendar reminder went in my diary at the time. Is there anything you can do to honour this?
