You are not alone. @tmobile is pioneering customer non-service in an effort to lose customers. Among the stupid things. 1. Can't change email address on business account because they want to send a verification code to an internet gateway with no display. Go to store with ID. Still can't change it, because they need to send code to device that can't display code. 2. On personal account, get to the port out pin page after verification code to phone, entering password, entering code sent to email: final message: we can't verify your device -- after password and two verification codes. Whoever is running the show over in Factoria (Bellevue, WA) has a serious brain deficit.
This is so true. And it’s beyond ridiculous at all levels of government
The first time I testified before Congress about independent-contractor policy, I studied and studied to try and be ready for any question the committee might ask me
It then became apparent in the hearing that the primary sponsor of the freelance-busting bill we were testifying about didn’t even know what was in it. He kept confusing the type of regulatory language (ABC ) with the way it was applied through a law (AB5) in California
It was maddening
@TMobileHelp Your business support is beyond worthless. The process to change an email address in a business account is now going onto 1 week, including a trip to a store with ID, 50 minutes on hold for supervisor, multiple calls to support. Hours and hours wasted getting nowhere. And to top it off your not-so-bright business experts want to send a one time code to an Internet gateway that does not have a display.
@JournalStarNews why do you engage in false advertising? I bought into this one-year subscription only to find out that there is NOT Unlimited Digital Access. Upon using https://t.co/PNpccO9UKk, I encounter restrictions. Access is to only JournalStar and only for the last two years (per your customer service people). That is NOT unlimited digital access. Further, there are no restrictions noted or implied for https://t.co/PNpccO9UKk. In fact, any reasonable person would conclude that "Unlimited Digital Access" applies also to https://t.co/PNpccO9UKk. Being that you are in the business of written communications, one can only conclude that this is deliberate word crafting to deceive consumers with false advertising.
@McDonalds has a slimy way to increase profit. Take my money via mobile order, drive 1.75 miles to pick up the food. Shoreline, WA stare 15200 block Aurora Ave N then refuses to provide the food or a refund. Claimed they were closed, even though two cars in front picking up food. Slimy business.
How good can @comcastbusiness be when they are sending by US Mail solicitations to a company that has not been at the address for at least 22 years? Using a mailing list that is at least 22 years old for marketing does not instill any confidence that Comcast is competent. This is why I ALWAYS recommend Comcast as a last resort to any clients.
@virginiedremeau What nonsense. @comcastbusiness keeps sending business promotional US Mail to my po box to an insurance company that has not been there for at least 22 years. That's precision?
Not one of many news organizations I've been monitoring has said the suspect is dead nor did anyone at a news conference say the suspect is dead. @WesternJournalX frequently displays this slogan: "The Western Journal is a news company that drives positive cultural change by equipping readers with truth."
