I see patterns everywhere. Content strategist, user experience evangelist, loud and proud introvert.

Schools scared to death.
The truth is, one education under desks,
Stooped low from bullets;
That plunge when we ask
Where our children
Shall live
& how
& if

It's time to reap the rewards of going the distance with your hard work. Congratulations to #Dunwoody's own Rory Grace Nall. We're proud of you! #GSU19

I’m a #contentstrategist. Which means I’m really good at repeating myself. #contentfirst #everythingiscontent #intelligentcontent #ux #userexperience #usertesting #uxresearch

Animation / motion in #UX is overrated! Don't add it just because you can or because it's a feature inside your design tool.

Honestly, it makes some of us literally nauseous.

Before you add animation/motion, ask yourself "what value does this add to the experience?"

#Contentstrategy humor...when content obfuscates rather than actually does something for the user. https://t.co/O09JDp23Xd

Love it when copy and design come together to create eye-catching ads. Like these from Action Deafness... #copywritersunite

Simple doesn’t ensure understanding. And deeply detailed doesn’t ensure clarity. #ContentStrategy defines the sweet spot. #ContentFirst

If you use #analytics as metrics for success, rather than goals, you'll see why sometimes it's GOOD for users to leave your site. https://t.co/9PZgxyLPvd #UX

@carriehd #clickbait like “related content” certainly does little to build trust. Not a fan and won’t put it in my #contentstrategy.

Expressing empathy in #ux #contentstrstegy is tricky. #strategiclistening and #inquisitivelistening foster understanding and sincerity.

#UX: "Internal process is getting in the way of a good user experience."

Product owner: "Do a better design."

UX: *gets out magic wands*

Listening to #ThisIsProductManagement because if content = product #contentstrategy has to start managing it that way.
