@salty429 @britishairways @British_Airways Caroline’s flight ended up leaving 6-7 hours late with them being baked on the broken a350 for hours with no refreshments, it was a technical fault with the APU, no getting out of that me thinks

@Collinson thank you for my speedily received PCR test, within 17hours at East Midlands. Great to see you do this when @BootsHelp failed on 3 occasions to do it on time, and also lost my test when I needed to fly. Well done!

@BootsHelp hi, after a summer of spending over £800 with you on PCR tests, can I please have my test back in time for my flight tomorrow. Not a great track record so far!

15 hours and no response from @BootsHelp @BootsUK . Still no PCR test results, now over 48 hours, just like 3 out of my recent 4 tests. My advice is simple, DONT USE @BootsHelp @BootsUK for critical testing. They Simply don’t care!
