Why are we still in the pilot scheme when we do not meet the criteria as set out by @NormaFoleyTD1 in March.

The BOM & Staff have been clear they are not in favour, yet it is still proceeding for a 'room temperature check'. That is not a consultation.

I only heard the results without getting the chance to vote on it !
