Mobile is not a completely honest format. Shady developers fake things like downloads to increase store rankings, and attract real ones. Expected up ticks is the perfect time to blend in and pump up your numbers.

@GoGungJoe @camerondare @davidzendle Simulated gambling is made to look and feel like known regulated gambling games. Loot boxes, and the like, are gambling for prizes hiding under video game schemes.

@davidzendle @ShuhBillSkee This is what I tried to get ahead of months ago. No the industry is controlling the terminology. It can now only be fixed by gambling regulators. They need to widen their definitions, then video gaming will need to be in compliance
