That is why I can see the possibility, but I do know that is not common in a single job. People overall need to learn compassion and sympathy as well as emotionally mature themselves instead of the gender wars like conversation in the thread here.

@Hamsterpilled_ Unfortunately I've witnessed the hyperbolic seeming hours that OP has talked about. I work in an auto manufacturing plant with engineers that are there for 12-16 hours a day at times frequently. Some of us will pull those hours too. Families and desires for higher QoL. That's why
