I am committed to supporting Congress in advancing the CLARITY Act, including providing technical assistance.
American leadership in the digital finance revolution means matching the energy of American innovators with a regulatory framework worthy of them.
🚨🗞️NEW: Crypto Groups Push for Clarity as 60 Votes Remain Elusive
@DigitalChamber, @crypto_council and @BlockchainAssn are urging Senate leaders to bring the Clarity Act to the floor, even as the bill currently lacks the support to advance.

🚨NEW: @Sen_Alsobrooks tells me the White House’s idea to have the Department of Justice enforce the Clarity Act’s ethics provisions is an “unserious offer” and says she would not support the bill if that is the only enforcement option.
Senator @berniemoreno, who has been working with @SenatorLummis to secure an ethics agreement with the White House, told reporters last night that the current proposal would put the DOJ, rather than state attorneys general, in charge of enforcement.
“But we’ll keep working from that floor to reach an agreement that holds us all accountable,” Alsobrooks said.
Alsobrooks is one of two Democratic senators who voted to advance the Clarity Act out of the Senate Banking Committee in May, and has said her continued support for the bill hinges on strong ethics provisions being included in the final text.
🚨NEWS: I’m hearing from multiple industry sources that the White House has agreed on an ethics package for the Clarity Act and sent the language to certain Senate Republicans this afternoon.
It’s still unclear what the details of the agreement are (I’ve reached out for comment), but industry participants are hopeful this could clear the way for updated bill text to be released soon.
‼️THE XRP RETAIL PURGE IS COMPLETE — THEY JUST ADMITTED IT 🤯
Former Ripple Global Head Dilip Rao just dropped the mask.
He flat-out confirmed: XRP was NEVER designed for retail degens on exchanges.
That shallow, manipulated trading you’ve been bagholding through years of hell?
“NOT the use case we are pursuing.”
Read between the lines: This was always about turning XRP into institutional-grade digital gold — a silent bridging weapon for the big boys. Banks. Sovereign wealth funds. The real players who don’t chase 24/7 charts.
His killer quote should send chills down every retail holder’s spine:
“As this transitions away from retail to institutions… that’s when the turning point will come.”
Translation: They needed the weak hands shaken out. The endless FUD cycles, the mysterious dumps at 3am, the media hit pieces calling it a “failed coin” — all engineered.
Clear the cheap bags. Let the scared money panic-sell. Then the institutions load up in silence while the normies scream “scam.”
This was the plan all along.
And now the dots are connecting at lightspeed:
•Japan is going all-in on the full XRPL ecosystem — not just XRP, but yield protocols like Doppler Finance and privacy layers like @DNAOnChain.
•Real-world utility is flipping the switch behind closed doors.
•Every single XRP is about to be treated like digital gold — scarce, strategic, and owned by those who understood the assignment.
They didn’t want your $500 stack flipping on Binance.
They wanted XRP as the settlement rail for trillions — quietly, efficiently, and far away from retail noise.
The purge is over.
The institutions are stepping in.
Real adoption doesn’t start with Lambo tweets.
It starts when the smart money finishes accumulating in the shadows.
Buckle up. The turning point Rao warned about?
It’s here. 🪙💰
