H-1B Landlord Update - July 20, 2026

We are currently at 1,880 landlords reported to the State Department.

648 of them are in one of the five states that are investigating possible mortgage fraud committed by H-1B visa holders. That is 34.47% of all submitted cases.

Please note that we are putting more time and effort into these states due to the insane multiplier effect. It is not an indication of whether or not they are a smaller or larger state.

Isabelle Rose Johnson, 38, is wanted for the m*rder of Jason Christopher Coulthart in Walton County, Florida.

Johnson is believed to be hiding in Georgia after human remains were found buried in a shallow grave in Freeport on June 25.

She is considered armed and dangerous and may be using multiple aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush, Jessica Dowdy, and others.

Law enforcement has an active warrant and an $11,000 reward is available through Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers for information leading to her arrest.
