Blue eyed r enjoying posting in home districts.
Bt, these unfortunate lecturers are being made scapegoats.
Most of them hv developed one or other health issues coz of prolonged stay at high altitude.

10+2 Lecturers appointed in 2017 and posted in Ladakh are still there and have not transferred back (despite being there for more than 3years ). They have not been given benefit of reducing probation period from 5 yrs to 2 yrs .Jk UT Education Department needs to take cognisance

Hefty number of employees who are from #Kashmir & #Jammu divisions were posted in #Ladakh before 5th August 2019 & have completed around 04 years of their tenure at their present places of postings, But till date, these employees are not being shifted to J&K UT @DrJitendraSingh

Government should completely withdraw the #SRO202 as its other clauses refrain the government from providing the increments to the new employees for first two years of probation besides they will not be entitled for any allowances till their probation period is over.
